“The NTSB released new details from its investigation into a fatal jet crash in Montgomery County more than a year ago. Investigators say the Ice Protection System on the corporate jet was not activated when it crashed into a house in Gaithersburg in December 2014“.  When interviewed regarding the recent investigations, AFSL Partner Keith Franz stated, “They have not provided a probable cause yet. However, it’s clear from the facts that this plane built up ice on the wings, and that caused it to stall and ultimately crash”.
