First Maryland Lawsuit Filed for Amtrak Train Crash

The first lawsuit has been filed in Maryland citing the negligence of Amtrak for the crash of Northeast Regional Train 188 in Philadelphia May 12, 2015 that took the lives of eight passengers, including Elkridge resident and businessman Robert Gildersleeve and Annapolis resident and Navy Midshipman Justin Zemser.
