John R. Solter, Jr. is an integral member of the Azrael Franz commercial litigation, personal injury litigation and real estate departments. John vigorously represents businesses and individuals in a variety of matters, including real estate disputes, contract disputes, employment law, contests involving wills and estates, and a variety of real estate transactions. John advises and assists clients in prosecuting and defending civil trials, arbitrations, mediations and zoning appeals. John also has substantial experience handling creditors' rights issues for banks, SBA lenders and leasing companies.
John is a graduate of the University of North Carolina (B.A.); University of Baltimore School of Law (J.D. magna cum laude, Heuisler Honor Society); and University of Baltimore Merrick School of Business (M.B.A.).
John served as judicial law clerk to the Honorable E. Stephen Derby, United States Bankruptcy Courts for the District of Maryland and was an associate at Ober Kaler.
