Marylanders Sue Over Georgia Crash:
Lawsuits Claim Propeller Was Defective - And Airline Knew

Azrael Franz attorneys represented two Maryland residents who were killed, and a third who was seriously injured, when Atlantic Southeast Airlines Flight 7529, part of the Delta Connection System, crashed in Georgia on August 21, 1996.

The Azrael Franz investigation determined that the crash was caused by a defective propeller on the Embraer 120 model aircraft. Azrael Franz filed suit on behalf of its clients in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia against the airline and the manufacturer of the defective propeller.

If you would like more information regarding this case, any other airplane crash or any other aviation-related matter, please contact Keith Franz or Jud Lipowitz.
