Matthew joined Azrael Franz as an Associate Attorney in 1994, and as a Partner in 2001, as the third generation of his family to practice law in the State of Maryland. He is actively involved in the firm's real estate acquisition, management and zoning practice areas. Matthew has appeared in Maryland's State and Federal Courts, in administrative hearings and in arbitration proceedings.  Mathews real estate practice includes both commercial and residential transactions, development and zoning.

Matthew is a member of the Maryland Bar Association, the Baltimore County Bar Association and the Baltimore City Bar Association.
